Tonya is a member of a scrapbooking forum and one of the other users got HER senior pictures back today.
This is from the other forum;

Considering, I am a young skinny white girl, and this is a husky young black man.
You'd think with a name like "Amanda Elizabeth" on the THREE envelopes they were cased inside that SOMEONE would have noticed.
They were guarenteed to be here by today so that they could be given as christmas gifts.
I called the studio, sat on hold for an hour, and all they said was "Uhh... ok.... send them back... we'll send you yours.....-click-"
No apology. Nothing.
As funny as it is, I'm ticked.
You'd think after spending $300 on portraits you'd at least get them of you. >>
