Sub Popped, but need help

Here is my sub that popped last night. Note in date and grade date. This was an express submission, since it fits a T3 holder, it should have been a 2 day thing. Anyone have experince talking to them about late grades? Any advice??

T3s and similar-sized cards, although they need to be submitted at the Express level, are not subject to the express turnaround times.
