How in the world do you do a "presale" MS70? You buy so many that you can statistically guarantee that you can provide an MS70 to someone? How much of an investment does it take to make that happen?

That's exactly what I was thinking. Doesn't sound ethical at all to me. I don't think you're going to get reliable prices until you see real coins in real slabs.

Yes, that's what these guys do. I think NGC bashing is ok here so I'll say that statisticly you probably only need to buy two to have a good shot at a 70. I would never pay more than 69 prices for an NGC 70. --Jerry
