Would this Matty cross over to a PSA 2?

Curious with the small paperloss in bottom left corner...does anyone think this would cross over to a 2 or would this be a 1?

    I'm surprised it didn't get the SGC 1.5, I'd assume paper loss on the front would be PSA 1.

    My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009.
