75/76/78 SSPC

I was looking for some info about these cards. I know the history of SSPC but I can't find any reference to the 76's. The Standard catalog doesn't list them but yet PSA says they have graded two of them. I have some 75's and a sheet of 78's but no 76's. Looking at EBay under both 75 and 76 they look the same so I have always assumed it was someones error. Were they the same picture issued two different years? Thanks and Happy Holidays
