I agree, I guess special teams should avoid blocking punts now, too much can go wrong.

Actually, that play is the same as any punt where the receiving team fumbles the catch, or in any way touches the ball.

I agree that it was the correct call, but it's a real swift kick in the nuts when the game changes the way it did after that. That play pretty much sealed the Chiefs fate for the game and the season.
