He actually is playing well ,better than I thought he would. I never said he couldnt win games. I said he is not taking the Eagles to the Superbowl, which there is no way he will.

Okay, brother - calm down! I said Garcia wasn't terrible, and he could win games (albeit against the Giants), but the only way Garcia gets to the Super Bowl this season is with a ticket.

You just answered your own question. Romo had exactly zero experience coming into this year and has played way above expectations so far

Frankly, it was as much of a Giants loss as an Eagles win. I really thought at a few times in the 4th quarter that the Giants would win that game. The Giants just don't seem to have the ability most times to put a team away. Admittedly, the Eagles were like that in the first half of the season. And of course perhaps it's just random luck as much as anything else as far as overanalyzing these close games.

One thing I see for sure, is that I don't know if it's Eli, or if it's poor coaching, but the Giants are not making good play calling decisions right now. The Eagles are making good decisions and as I previously pointed out in other threads, getting the play calling out of Andy Reid's hands and letting him focus on the overall game picture, I believe has helped the Eagles win out in these close games. And it will allow the Eagles to beat Dallas this coming game and win the NFC East.

The Giants DEFENSE lost this game. Any other thought means you did not watch this game. Sure the Giants play calling has sucked for 4 weeks now .... if not longer. The fingers that point at Eli let this horrible Defense off the hook.
