    How do you think Brian Dawkins is playing today? I can see that he's played in 9 games, has 50 tackles, a sack, and an INT season-to-date.
    I would be interested in hearing an update from someone whom has seen his games this season.

    I don't live in the Denver area. I'm more familiar with the Philadelphia market where he came from.

    Brian Dawkins is my favorite player in the history of professional football.

    Though he was limited in last week's practice with knee problems, Dawkins had seven tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble Sunday against the Chargers.

    As far as whether or not he's Hall Of Fame worthy is a valid question.

    I don't think he'll make it though. Safeties rarely do. Once they retire, they're soon forgotten.

    Dawkins benefits from the massive quanities of alcohol consumed in PHI factor. This equates to 69-less tackles.
    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    How true that is. Steve At-water was a Super Bowl champion, Christian Okoye thumping, defensive nightmare for the Broncos. He can't even get a sniff. I would love to see At-water and Dawkins in, as it is clear that they deserve it. I just hope they get in before Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu come up for election.

    Love Dawkins but he falls in with the At-water/Butler crowd and just misses the HOF. Sometimes the process just sucks.
