His false claim to have sold one for $35K is a listing violation.

BUT, there is no category in the report-violation panel that
describes the violation. Thus, it cannot be reported accurately.

I have a bunch of those cards. Are they worth anything?

anyway to set up another ebay id and "win" his auction ... then not pay.

He could file a NPB ... but it's a moderate pain in the butt ....

I just like the idea of making his life a tad bit miserable for what he's doing.
