Which is the "pcgs" of grading`services
I seldom check PM's but do check emails often jason@seated.org

    I believe PSE, which is owned by the same company as PCGS, and PF are the only outfits grading stamps. Both are held in high regards. PSE graded material is more common though. I have not seen a PF graded cert.

    Doug is correct that only the PF and PSE grade stamps. PSE is preferred by "graded stamp collectors" for many reasons. However, I highly recommend that you show a dealer who knows the material anything you might think about sending in for grading. The high grades are difficult to realize on the material found in most collections unless the stuff was purchased from reputable dealers or brick and mortar auction houses as high grade.

    PSE created and used the grading system first, that the PF later FOLLOWED and used later. What's that tell you?
