Chicago Song "Old Days" = Baseball Cards!

I never realized that the song "Old Days" by Chicago includes 'baseball cards' in the lyrics. I must have heard that song a hundred times over the years and never deciphered that. Goes to show how little I pay attention to song lyrics!
Anyone else not know this? Should be our forum theme song! Maybe we can convince Chicago to play at the next National?
Old Days
Chicago
(J. Pankow)
Old days
Good times I remember
Fun days
Filled with ship of pleasure
Drive-in movies
Comic books and blue jeans
Howdy Doody
Baseball cards and birthdays
Please take me back
To the world gone away
Memories
Seem like yesterday
Old days
Good times I remember
Gold days
Days I'll always treasure
Funny faces
Full of love and laughter
Funny places
Summer nights and streetcars
Take me back
To the world gone away
Our good memories
Seem like yesterday
Old days...

I loved the fact that it had the words "baseball cards" in the song. Of course I didn't tell anyone else that at the time . . .
I do remember that - the amount of references to baseball cards is way more than people realize unless one is looking for it.
The reference that might piss people off came from George Carlin's Rules for 2006:
New Rule: If you need to shave and you still collect baseball cards, you're a dope. If you're a kid, the cards are keepsakes of your idols. If you're a grown man , they're pictures of men.
Don't agree with that - I think he was just tryin to be funny or truth be told: he's turned into a cranky old man. Boo - are you listening?

Heck, lawnmowerman has all kinds of pictures of men, and most of them are 1/2 naked.
