Posting submission results

My sub just popped and I tried to copy and paste my results. The result of the paste was not separated into nice columns like I see on the posts of others who share their results. How can I copy my results and post them in a nice simple group of columns?

What I do is copy the info from the psa site to notepad. Then I copy the text from notepad into the psa forum window. That should do the trick.

when I try and copy and paste it doesn't format right either.
I take a screenshot and post it as an image.
