I just reached 75% on two player registries, and should get 1 free grading for each. Can these be combined into one submission (to avoid paying $10+ in postage/insurance twice)?

Probably. They let you combine team set submissions with the full set submissions. Just make sure you ask for them at the same time and on a combined sub.

If you let PSA know at the same time, they should put them on the same submission form.
