Intesting Companion Piece Item on Ebay for Pack and Empty Box Collectors

I saw this "sell sheet" for 62T wax that's pretty cool. Toppsvault on ebay.
Nothing earthshattering or anything - but nice graphics - looks like it would be nice to frame.
It's already up to 20 bucks - I wouldn't probably spend a mess of money.
But, if someone were doing the 62T set - and have companion pieces like a waxpack and box - this would be nice to go with it.

<< <i>If I call Topps do you think they still have any of those 62T cases left over for $17.28 a case?
I bet they might have a few left for sale.
It's worth a phone call

I would never be able to afford what this is going to go for, but it will be interesting to watch.
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

Wouldn't it be sweet to have a box and packs as case-fresh as those pictured? (*long, low-whistle goes here*) !
<< <i>I wonder if any other investment has appreciated over the past 45 years as much as unopened product. Just think: a wax pack that retailed for a nickel back in 1962 is worth more than $500 today , a return of more than 10,000 percent. Has any stock risen that high during that time frame? Just wondering... >>
This is actually a return of 1 million percent (well, actually 999,900%), or 10000 times your original investment. By contrast, Berkshire Hathaway has averaged about 24% annualized since its formation in 1965. A very rough calculation using the rule of 72 would result in a return of (2^14)*(100) percent, or a bit more than a 1 million percent return, which I believe is the best run of any stock, ever. So, pretty comparable.
So yeah, unopened material would have made a pretty amazing investment. Sometimes I wonder how much money is on the table in that great photograph of the Bronx Woolworth display from 1952. By today's value, I calculated something like $100million the last time I thought it through.

That is an amazing photo. I wonder how many PSA 9 Mantles were on that table? Man what I wouldn't do for a time machine.

Don't bother. I actually built a time machine a few years ago, went back to 1955, bought tons of unopened boxes of baseball and football, and stashed it in a warehouse in Tennessee. When I arrived back to the present time, I found out that Mr. Mint had already found it.
Crap.

Well if you are done with it can I borrow it? I need to pick up a few things from Woolworths?
