I submitted a coin earlier in November... was not sure that the True View service was available. I called and spoke with a very helpful person and everything was taken care of in a very professional manner... a special thanks for your efforts

    TrueView is still available. PCGS just doesn't advertise the fact. If PCGS eliminates the TrueView, I don't see myself submitting coins to them in the future.
