    Is the above coin the same size as the Victoria 2 Pound gold coins?

    Someone smarter can probably clarify, but I'm pretty sure a guinea was worth 21 shillings, until replaced by the sovereign/pound which was worth 20 shillings.

    Ok a bit of googling and I've found that...

    31-32 millimetres for the 2 Guineas

    28 millimetres for the 2 Pounds

    So they're close but not exact.
