I just sold an item to a seller who has been a member of ebay for 5 years and has zero feedback. Sent two emails for payment and expected to not hear a thing and the guy responded that payment is on the way and included his name and address. Maybe it will never come but it was surprising to get a response.

Is this the same person there was a thread about earlier today? It's not often you hear of two different people on the same day with a 0 feedback after 5 years.

I think occasionally you get some high school punk who buys hundreds of ebay lots with promises to pay, but no intentions at all of paying, hoping that somehow a few dealers will accidentally ship cards to him. I'm not sure if this is one of those cases but it sounds like it could be.

We'll see when/if payment arrives. It was only $11.50 and he outbid someone else by 50 cents so a second chance offer would be ok too. I think he'll make good though....just odd.
