    stat-wise, it was a bad bet, but grossman's job was on the line if he played poorly. everyone on his team seems to like him, and it seems they ran a "simpler" offense to ensure his success. nonetheless, it wasn't easy to watch.

    this should be a good second half.

    Grossman played a solid game tonight. The Bears needed that. I think they go deeper into the playoffs with an adequate Rex than with Brian Griese.

    It might be a confidence builder but in reality the Rams are not the type of team that they will be facing in the Playoffs
