VGS Scam - avoid this seller

I won't publicly announce his name, but you can easily figure it out if you check out these two auctions:

Auction #1 (he's the buyer)

Auction #2 (he's the seller)

Somehow the PSA 7 Munson he bought a couple of weeks ago, amazingly turns into the VGS 10 he's selling this week. Avoid this guy!

    I looks like the same card with the 2 blemishes. 1 under the R in catcher and the second a small one just to the top left of Dave.

    The only ones who will get nailed are the unsuspecting buyers not knowing the difference between grading companies. I almost never look at anything besides PSA and even then PSA is not perfect.

    Not sure I understand the scam. He sold the card for less than half the price he bought it for. I must be missing something. A prior history maybe?

    edited to say: OH. I didn't see that the auction hasn't ended yet.
