    Only guy on that list that pitched real bad for the Mets last year was Zambrano

    Maine and Perez looked like keepers

    Lets not forget the Mets have some youngsters in Pelfrey and Humber who should contribute next year. Heilman is also an option although i have a feeling he'll be dealt

    Plus if the Mets sign Zito thats a whole different ballgame

    Maine and Pelfrey are solid no doubt. Mets still have the slightly better offense, but Philly will add one more bat.

    Perez a pirates castoff, Hernandez is god knows how old, glavine didn't even want to pitch there. Martinez is crap metal image Maine's been through the league once, let's see the sophomore season stats...

    that's probably enough picting to bludgeon the dregs of the NL with that 250 million lineup, it's going to come down to in-division games !

    Zito will be the ace of the staff and the Phils will be looking up at NY again this year, scrambling for a wildcard again.

    Arod signed for big bucks in Texas and a couple years later he couldn't wait to get out of there
