So much for the SMR

This has already surpassed SMR on a PSA 5 and it's a PSA 2. I've heard the SMR is low on pre-war but this seems like a perfect example of someone buying the card and not the holder.

Not sure what the seller was thinking when they set the reserve (which still hasn't been met) but I gotta say it is the nicest eye-appeal of any PSA 2 I think I've ever seen.

I wonder why that is a 2? It looks a lot better.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

  • It looks like there is some paper loss on the back. Maybe from being stuck in an album. Real nice card.

  • Xanadu -if that's a 2 because of the paper loss on the back, I'd say go get it! The front's beautiful.

I thought that PSA gave cards a "1" if there was paper loss?

Halosfan, I've bought two cards from him recently. He's been tossing some really beautiful boxing stuff up lately but I was as scared as you. I caught a HOF RC newly listed in his store at 1/3 SMR and decided to pull the trigger. The listing was clearly a mistake but he shipped me the card. I wouldn't break the bank on an auction of his quite yet but so far so good.
