my first pillar dollar (it's holey!!) impulse buy... opinions ?

I unexpectedly passed by a coin shop that Ive always meant to visit (in trenton, nj). Of course, I should have been shopping for christmas presents...but that's another story !!
When I got in there, I enjoyed perusing a thick album of British coins (crowns ? not many), french francs (in particular the sower design)... on a lark I decided to check what pillar dollars they had. I was attracted to the overall appearance of this coin, and the design !
I paid about $48 and I dont feel badly (bad?) about it... (yes, I realize how the rims and hole would affect some people..)
for the record Im not hole-averted on a lower grade coin I want just "to have" !
opinions ? positive and negative would be appreciated...

I have two pillar dollars, a 1748 and a 1770, both Mexico City.
Also a 1/8 dollar (1 real) with a patched hole.
They're on my website to look at under "Mexican Colonial".
