obviously the 8TF, but both seem to be viewed as an R-4. Has the view of the scarcity changed or the value?

  • From the values I am seeing, the 14.5 is MUCH more valuable.
VAM 7 $30 in VF, $62 in AU
VAM 14.5 $370 in VF, $1750 in AU

Be wary of the rarity estimates in the VAM book. They have seldom been updated to reflect what people have actually found to be the case.
  • That is so true John....I have to say that the most honored guide at this time for true VAMMERS has been the Vamworld realized pricing. It's easy to take the values over a realistic timeframe and utilize a percentage base (I use 6%) to give an approximation on the realized value of 98% of the VAM's out there. It was a lot harder to do via ebay as most sales were generalistic unless attributed and most VAM's went for under their true value.
This is a very dumb ass thread. - Laura Sperber - Tuesday January 09, 2007 11:16 AM image

Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.

The XF/AU prices here appear to be from the VAMView guide. They agree with Jeff's vamlink ones. I see quite a few VAM-7 between VAM-14.5 appearances. So many that I have never bothered to even buy one.
