Can u believe this original team photograph of the 1927 Yankees, with all signatures is currently offered at the Memory Lane auction with a high bid (Lot # 3) of $ 150,000.00, wow! (signatures incl. Ruth, Gehrig, Lazzeri, Meusel, and all the rest of the '27 yanks!).

I saw a 1933 team photo in an auction a ways back - 150k!

That's what I paid for my house 10 yrs ago!

The photo came from the personal collection of George Pipgras, a pitcher on the '27 Yankees team.
