On the order of $5 million a year for five years and a $5-7 million signing bonus.
It is not always about the money in sports if he would turn down that kind of offer and I think it really reflects on how undesirable
the Crimson Tide program is that coach after coach has turned them down. The coach at West Virginia is reported to be interested
however. They will get someone eventually.

years and will be back at some small school. You can add him to the long list of "great" college coaches that couldn't do squat in the
bigs...Spurrier, Carroll......

Why would a guy want to leave a dream NFL position where he has complete personnel control to go to some backwater college town in which ignorant boosters and moronic school officials rule who can bring in?
And please, let's not make it out like he's in the poorhouse in Miami, where he's making 4+ million a year.
