I was pretty surprised by how cheap they are, even in the big city. $168 a year for one the size of a filing cabinet drawer. The small ones had a waiting list, but the big ones were wide open.
And when I refi'd my house with them they waived the charges entirely- at least for another 13 years and 10 months.
