I think it was a souvenier given to people who attened his financial show. Basically a plastic holder with a cardboard insert that said "Compliments of Louis Rukeyser."

I'd guess MS63. Too many marks and chatter to be an MS66. But, I agree, it is a lovely coin.

Oops, just looked up the cert number. It looks like the coin is graded MS64.
