Best auction catolog for world coins.

I get a couple of catalogs but none of them have world coins in them. Who should I go to. I can't afford to bid on many, but I like to look at the coins. Thanks.

Occ. bulk offerings on ebay of old catalogs are available. Others are the Heritage World coin offerings - look at the www.heritagecoin.com sight and look under the "Auctions" banner. www.Goldbergcoins.com and www.sgbh.com (Superior) are some others. Of course there is www.spink.com and DNW (www.dnw.co.uk) which have more British. Lots more but those are a few.

Are you talking about e-catalogs or old fashioned hard copy?

    Well, just Love coins, period.

    Stacks
  • Stacks catalogs tend to be more informative than Heritage. However both are leaders in the field.
