How do you check an ebay member's bid history?

And is there any way besides requesting contact information to find out what city & state a bidder is registered in if he bids on one of your items? Thanks.

I only have 2 items for sale, high bidder for one has 8 feeback, the other has 1. The one with 8 feedback somehow bid the same amount six times in a row. So I wanted to see if it's the same person.

Study ebays proxy bidding system and you'll understand. The bidder has raised his max bid 7 times. I guess he wants it really badly. --Jerry
