Rainbow Toned Silver Bars

Why don't we see more rainbow "bars"? This came to mind from a bar I just saw on ebay:

There's way too much speculation and hype for bars on Ebay. The prices aren't even close to reasonable.

The rough finish on poured bars does not seem to develop tone as easily like the satiny smooth or prooflike mirror finish on a struck bar.
