Just for clarification, does a PF67 usually have dings like those present from the poor shipping, or are they slightly better? Because if the coins were rattling around when the person got them, then I don't know why he/she would send them in.
That sucks! And, those could be submitted in opened/inspected packages, so there was NO reason to submit them if they had any marks or anything......OWIE!!!

if someone knows little to nothing other than "PCGS is good" that's why they were submitted.
By the way, dollars to doughnuts these were picked up raw from a dealer who got them back as minimum grade not met coins in one of their bulk orders, then resold them.
