Need info on Sac coin

I recently started my Registry Set. Have complete set of Proof 69DCAM Sacagaweas. Only problem is one of the coins will not complete my set. It is a 2002-S. The coin cert is authentic, it's the pcgs # that is different and the latest population guide shows a poplulation of only 1! How come it won't complete my set and anyone have any idea of it's value. I had contacted pcgs but has of yet recieved no reply.
Trying to figure out why the pcgs # is different, have looked over the coin untill my eyes blurred, can not see any thing different!
Any ideas as to why?

The coin number for the set should be 916000.

BJ and the crew at customer service will get to the problem.

The coin number on the slab is as follows: 389001, maybe this will help, once again thank you for your help.
