I am pleading complete ignorance here, but what is this tool used for:

THIS TOOL IS THE SMALLEST HANDLE TOOL I SELL ON EBAY AND WEIGHS IN AT ONLY ONE HALF OF AN OUNCE (.5 OUNCES). FINAL GRIND ON CARBIDE POINT IS DONE WITH AN 800 GRIT DIAMOND WHEEL. I'm thinking about bidding on several of the buyer's card auctions. Digging around doing my homework and this just caught me a bit off guard. It could be paranoia on my part --- but thought I'd at least investigate why he might be buying a tool like this.
