What's the difference between these two "submission status" screens?

I am accustomed to this screen:

---Date Received: 11/17/2006
---Date of Grades Posted: No Date Specified
---Date Shipped: No Date Specified

Does this one mean the same?

---Your shipment was entered on 11/30/2006. Further processing is pending.

    The second one is the one that appears when your order is first received. It's usually there for a day or so, and then the other screen (date received, date grades posted, etc.) will appear.

    the 2nd one means your order has been entered. once they process your payment , it switches to the 1st one.

    Didnt see this thread before I posted in another. Mine has been at the pending status sine 29/11. It's the longest i've seen it there. Was wondering if it was just me ... obviously not :-)

    go figure , mine always switched in a day in the past. I have a 5 day order on day 4 now and still stuck on this screen. must be a backup in the billing department or a lot of people on vacation.
