Question about the 06 Silver Eagle Aniv Set

My question is about the box. When you take the outer sleve off, does the front of the bottom portion of the box fold down or did they miss the seal on it at the Mint?

A lot of us noticed that in the first shipment in October....yes, it is "by design" to fold down.

It folds down, to aid in easy removal of the box.

You wouldn't want to have to turn it upside down and risk having the capsules fall out of their super snug recessed areas would you?
