Sorry for not responding earlier... this is a tough call between F and VG and it seems the majority seem to think on this side of the pond it is a low end Fine and in the UK it is VG... could it really be an AF by British standards? possibly... depending upon who is looking at it. There is enough crown to warrant a shot at F but the reverse is traditionally alittle stronger and in this case, that seems to be missing... just some thoughts from the upper deck...

Personally, I would call it VG+ (VG10).
PS- I like the look of it- it has character. Pretty decent CircCam™ contrast. I would worry about the apparent hairline on the portrait, however.
