Will Someone Get Burnt on eBay? - Kennedy

1966 DDO Kennedy
Coin is in PCGS slab marked 1966 DDO MS66, coin number E6846. PCGS number 6846 is for a SMS, even thou SMS is not printed on the label.
I have to wonder if the bidders are thinking that they will receive a "Business Strike" coin if won instead of a "SMS"?

Couldn't resist a poke @ Russ, et. al.

That seems to be the case since it's been bid way beyond the value of an SMS DDO in MS66.

I did not know about the number code showing it was an SMS and not the non SMS
and was depending on PCGS to have included the SMS like they have on all the other
coins I have bought. Oh well live and learn! Thanks for the warning wish I had been
reading the board before tonight but had company!

Is this another 'mechanical error'?

Just sent another email, but I see that the seller retracted your bid. I would have sent you a note earlier but the other bidders hadn't run up your max bid til today.

I bet the seller of this item doesn't think so.
But who knows how it will end
<< <i>I bet the seller of this item doesn't think so. Auction went for $250 to $76 >>
He should have made it clear in the auction that the coin is an SMS.
