Well they cost $200 new, so $75 sounds like a good used price if it's in good working order. A used one sold on E-bay 12 days ago for $152 as a reference.
Got it!!! Though I did receive more than a couple strange looks from my wife when I brought it in the house. (we have about six inches of snow here!!!) Now I can't wait for Spring!
Let the fun begin ;-) Time to do your home work. Find old swimming holes, picnic areas, fair grounds, old school grounds-play areas, old home sites, old lots in town... You get the idea :-)
I'm pretty sure that's the one used by a homicide detective close to where I work. (used it to find bullets and other items at the crime scenes... so I met him at a park one day to show him it could find coins too!)

Add four more inches of snow!! Snow shovel won't thaw the ground. Maybe a nice bonfire?? I have been looking over some old township maps. There are two old farmsteads within a mile or so. Time to find the owner and plan for Spring. I noticed some old foundations when I was walking my dog. I have read an article on how to dig without damaging the prize and filling the hole but what is the etiquette for sharing spoils with a landowner? Thanks for your help.

Only 6 inches?
Don't you own a snow shovel?
What ever works. :-|
You will need to feel the home out. Help clean an area for a test. Weed wack, mow...You get the idea.
Good Luck
