    Depends on how many people vote. image Participation has traditionally been lackluster but I suspect it will be higher than
    normal for the next election.


    An independent company does the actual counting IIRC. There has only been one problem that I have heard of, I believe it
    was back around 1969 when a slate of people won who were not expected to win. The company doing the counting messed
    up big time and they quickly straightened it out.
