Unusual Bid Retractions on one of my Ebay auctions.

One of my auctions I'm currently running is three sets of the 20th Anniversary SAE sets. All the coins are graded PCGS 68 I started it last night with a 5 day length. There is one bidder who has already retracted 2 bids today. Each bid was about 3 hours apart. There is no reserve or BIN on this auction. His two bids were for $25 and $30.
Why is this guy making so many bids and the retracting them?
Interesting... His/her has a feedback of 22, 100% ratyng but with 62 positive feedbacks. Mostly he buys from cajuntraditions. Why am I worried about this guy? Here is my Bid History.

That's one too many!
Maybe he has some sort of compulsion - to bid on something and then retract his offer - over and over again..?
He has won at least 62 auctions, maybe more depending on how many sellers didn't leave feedback.
<< <i>My guess is indecision and not realizing the negatives associated with a bid withdrawl. Is he a newbie? >>
137 indecisions? 3 or 4... maybe. 137... He has a problem. The fact that he has a rating off 22 but has 62 feedbacks bothers me too.

Not for $28 each!!

He could be on a budget

<< <i>Don't worry, Tootawl! Someone from the Forums will bail you out by bidding, oh, say, $35 or maybe even $40 for the sets.
I knew I could count you guys!

Not saying he doesn't have a problem...just don't see a nefarious angle. He has done it 135 other times and has perfect feedback. Very wierd. I agree with the other advice not to worry about it. He'll be gone by hammer time.

i wouldn't use the do not worry about it advice. Bid retractions can cause all kinds of present and future problems. Cancel their bid, block them before it gets late in the auction.
someone like that may be unstable in other ways, as in using the feedback system. negatives can leave a ripple effect causing financial harm for the remainder of your ebay life

This advice makes sense but I'm sure you've noticed that he hasn't left a single negative and 57 positives. This guy is a difficult one to figure out. If you block him nobody will fault you including me. If you don't, I'd say the odds are in your favor that nothing bad will happen but as cullen points out, if it does it's a headache.
Good luck
