Multi-coin holder

I have several proof sets that I would like to have graded and slabbed together. Currently NGC is the only TPG that offers such a service. Since all my coins are in PCGS holders I would really like to keep them that way - is there any chance PCGS will be offering this service in the near or mid-term future?
Who is General Failure, and why is he reading my hard drive?

    Possibly...but I cannot reveal any concrete plans because of competitive reasons.
