And it was out of its plastic holder, bouncing around inside the case. The coin had obvious marks on it. Looks like the mint still hasn't fixed that problem, or they're just re-shipping coins that were returned by others. Back it goes.

I had to send my SF Mint Proof Silver Dollars back, they looked like crap!
My Gold Proof was out of his holder but looked unharmed.

I sent both the PF and MS coins back, asked for money back..............

I was thinking they would recylce the returns and it looks like that may just be the case.

Got my SF mint uncirculated yesterday - couple of bag marks on the fields. --- back it goes. They have some obvious QA problems, but they will refund or replace, and if you document the cost of the postage, and include it in the ORIGINAL box - they will refund your return shipping cost.

But its still a big pain in the arse.
