Its really fun adding a bunch of cards at once to your set

Thanks to the specials I was able to do a 98 card sub and then a 53 card sub. I got the first sub back and was able to add a good deal of them. My set rating went from 1.14 to 1.46 and moved me into second place. Im anxiously awaiting the second sub while I prepare my third.

Did I say this is fun?

Glad you are enjoying the Emmit set. Like a complete moron I stared an Alex Rodriguez set that should take me to my grave. I'm only at 7 percent or so and have miles to go and the road just keeps getting longer every year.

I admire those that tackle these HUGE sets. I personally don't have the time or money to submit those cards.

Lawnmower man I am a HUGE Cowboys fan and have lots of extra Aikman and Irvin cards if you have a list I will see if I could hook you up on some.

Matt, sorry to be nit-picky, but it's spelled E-A-R-V-I-N, not I-R-V-I-N, and basic and master sets already exist.

Can the Nate Newton set request be far behind?

I know a lot of people don't care about a couple dollars, but I'd probably never do a 53 card order. It bumps your return shipping into the 51-100 card category. I almost always do exactly 50 or exactly 100 cards so that the "per card" return shipping charge is less. My wife thinks I'm too frugal like that but I can't help it. 98 cards wouldn't cause me to lose sleep but the 53 would drive me nuts. I just got back a 50 card order and a 100 is still down there.

I could never do a Newton set. I loved the player. He was one of the best but after football he became a drug runner.

Now I can see a Daryl Johnston set on the horizon. I would say one of the best blocking and "student of the game" fullbacks to play.

I would also do a Jay Novacek set but he stole my new Sharpie and 1994 Pro Line card. So, I will give him another year and see if he does the right thing
