Tough submission just returned -

Wow, PSA was pretty tough on some of these. They were hand picked. The Mays had a touched corner, the Aaron had chipping on those nasty wood borders, and the Ashburn had a little ding on one edge, but the others were brilliant. The Elway was just about perfect - maybe centering cost it. Not that a 7 is bad for these, but I really thought a couple might be 9's.

The 62 and 71 8's are both tough cards in nm/mt. Not too bad.

Elways are notorious for being off center in 1984.Grades on the Kaline and the 71 Carlton is impressive for as condition sensitive as they are.

    GOOD JOB!!!

    nice grades.
sometimes things like gloss and printing on the older cards bring the grades down. It's more than just centering, corners and edges.

anyway, really nice grades and cards.

Smallstocks, PSA logged the submission 11/21 and the results were in yesterday. Not bad, with the November special I thought it'd take weeks.

You never know. PSA doesn't believe in the FIFO system, so it is truly pot luck. I have discussed this with Joe and he told me if the cards aren't oddballs and don't vary by set widely, they use FIFO. I think many on these boards can testify otherwise though.
