EDIT: How do I know it is a 1960 D?
I took it from a roll of 60 d pennies I got at the bank in 1960

Even though the mint made a BAD mistake on that one, I'd say to keep it.

Would a TPG include the date and MM on the slab's cert. based on your word that the coin is a 1960 D?
Or would it be listed as an undated error?
