No Decision / Refund ??

Hi Ron, I've had a couple of coins come back "No Decision / Refund" and "Refund No Service" in the last 2 or 3 months. The were very low grade coins trying for the coveted PO01 grade. I have never received a refund or vouchers for either. Should I be receiving a refund or do I need to ask someone for it?? Thanks, Jimmy Austin

    Hi Jimmy,

    Yes, you should receive refunds on any such coins. I'll forward your post to our Accounting Department for follow-up.

    No Decision/Refund is applied to coins where we are unable to confirm authenticity or variety or if there is disagreement among experts. The Refund No Service is for coins that are either too large for our holders or which PCGS does not recognize.
