I do not censor out any of the questions in that forum. All posts that are submitted are available for Ron to read. I try to answer the ones concerning how something works on the boards.

No one's forcing you to be here. She has a job to do and does it well, especially considering how inconsiderate some of the whiners are. I, as you likely know, agree with RYK....she has been much more patient and lenient than I would be.
Russ and others, As most of us long time posters know, communication is a KEY to customer satisfaction. The new posters who don't know about the Q & A board or how it works cannot always be faulted for asking questions. Maybe Carol or some CS person should put a write-up about that forum so more posters would know about it. Maybe Ron should tell us when (approximately) he will be responding. If the intent is a LIVE exchange, that is one thing. If the intent is for everyone to post their questions in advance and Ron answers them on a certain day and time, that is another thing. If Ron cannot answer a question, he or staff should at least let the person who wrote know. That is just common courtesy. I think it is great that Ron is doing this, but I also think he could have a bigger audience if we all knew when to "tune in". He could also use this as an opportunity to provide the PCGS view on current grading issues.
Communication, or the lack thereof, is an issue with another group I am involved with. The American Numismatic Association (ANA). Other threads here show how important it is to COMMUNICATE with your customers whether they are sending coins in for grading or are members of a coin organization. JMHO. Steve

Be honest Russ, if you were trying to find the Q & A forum and you didn't have it "set up" to view, how would you find Carol's note? It takes time for people to understand and find everything out there. Maybe some people are aware of profiles, etc. but others are not. Steve
I don't think they want it so people expect it as much. There are very many questions that don't get answered. Imagine if more people knew about it and posted questions....those likely wouldn't get answered either.
Until there is some consistency again, it isn't worth advertising it. Also, Carol has said the questions are all available to Ron and he can pick and choose....so, there should be no set "time" to ask a question (that would be a scheduled chat room or something).

There's a little navigation drop-down menu in the upper right hand side of the page. Open that up and click on the "Q and A Forum" choice.
