any discount on shipping for a 1 card submission?

Hello...i'm new to this message board...well i started posting two days ago. I have been dealing with PSA for about 5 months now and am slowly grading out my collection. Howeverm I have run into a snag of sorts. I have a 1997 Miguel tejada Bowman Blue Ink auto RC that I would love to have graded. PSA says that any autograph from the manufacture prior to 1998 has to be sent to PSA/DNA for grading. This is the ONLY autograph card i have from pre-1998. Do they do any submission specials on shipping or will i have to pay full price (which for me in Canada is 20.00). Thanks!

Never submitted to PSA but its safe to say no discounts. I had a GAI order and sent one rack and two cards and had to pay $16 x 2 ($16 for ea. service) as they said they have to be on seperate invoices. $32 to get 3 cards and a rack back seems a bit excessive. But then again those rack holders are quite large. lol
