Holder errors

I have a Unitas auto that is slabbed but they left the PSA/DNA off of the label. I am not a PSA member, can I still send it for a correction? How do I go about this? How long does it take?

    You can return it to PSA as a mechanical error and they should fix it. Call customer service and explain the situation. They will probably send you a submission form to track it. The down side is you need to pay the shipping to them, they should cover the shipping back to you.

    If you attend any shows that PSA attends, you can submit it in person at no charge. It should take about a week to turnaround. If you don't hear after a week or so, keep calling customer service.

    I had a similar problem with a couple of cards I own.
