I have- T118, '40 Harry Hartman, '55 Golden Stamps Dodgers. But it's only from my own submissions because I haven't found any upgrades.
There are a lot of sets I've started and completed with my own submissions, but have upgraded with graded cards.

Yes. My Inscriptions Auto sets and my 96 Playoff Prime Honors set. All have been bought via ebay. The Honors set was a full set purchase (only 3 cards to the set).
